
A child was bitten by a dog in Carlisle on Thursday.
Police are keen to speak to a woman in connection with the incident, which happened at around 3.30pm at Hammonds Pond.
The child was at the Buchanan Road entrance of Hammonds Pond and was bitten by a small black terrier-type dog resulting in minor injuries.
The dog was being walked with another small terrier, which was white and brown.
