A brazen thief walked off with a plant from a Keswick cafe.
The man approached Cafe HNW in Upper Fitz Park on Tuesday evening – and didn’t realise he was captured on CCTV.
Cafe owner Debbie Devereux has released the footage from her CCTV cameras in a plea to get the plant back.
She said: “I realised the plant had gone yesterday morning when I opened the cafe at 8am.
“Watching the CCTV made me feel angry as well as insulted.
“It’s a senetti magenta and has been the cafe plant since we opened three months ago.
“I think it’s a really devious thing to do.”
The thief was filmed taking the plant at around 7.05pm on Tuesday.
