Two of the teams in the Higson Cup semi-finals will be without some of their best players.
Cockermouth, who visit Wigton, have three away with Cumbria in the quarter final of the NCCA Trophy competition against Cambridgeshire.
Furness, who entertain holders Workington, have two of their leading batsmen away with Cumbria as well.
For the trip to Wigton, Cumbria League Premier Division leaders Cockermouth, have skipper Matthew Sempill, Sam Sharp and in-form spinner Matthew Siddall all playing for the county.
To add to their problems overs amateur Mikyle Louis tore a hamstring in their League win over Whitehaven and could be out for some time.
Furness have the League’s top scorer Nathan Waterston and Sam Dutton away with the county when they go head-to-head with Workington who beat them in last year’s final.
Workington will be without skipper Matthew Lowden so the experienced Kristian Moffat, in charge for their exciting League win over Millom, will deputise again.
