Plea to track down teens after Kendal daytime attack

Police are keen to track down two teenagers in connection with a Kendal assault.

The victim, who was left with facial injuries, was assaulted outside the Post Office on Stricklandgate at around 11.50am on Friday, July 8.

Officers want to trace the teens in the CCTV images.

The boy is believed to be aged between16 and 20, wearing a black hooded jumper with the hood up, black jogging bottoms, and white trainers. He was carrying a phone in his hand and wearing a satchel over one shoulder.

The girl is aged 16 to 20, with blonde hair tied back in a ponytail, wearing a cream-coloured jacket, white trousers and white trainers.

Police are also appealing to anybody who may have witnessed this assault, or who have any information which may assist in identifying the people in these images, to make contact.
