
Police have issued a CCTV image of a man they would like to speak to after a motorcycle failed to stop for officers.
The incident happened at about 3.50pm on Monday, July 18, on Upperby Road following reports of three men pushing an off-road motorcycle along Newbiggin Road.
Offices attended the area and found an off-road motorcycle on Upperby Road heading towards Carlisle city centre.
Officers requested for the motorcycle to stop but the rider failed to stop. There were two other male passengers on the motorcycle.
It was a blue and white off-road motorcycle which did not have a number plate attached.
Anyone who recognises this man or who has information which may assist officers is urged to contact police.
