Workington Town rugby league team are delayed on their way to today’s game in Sheffield after a serious crash on the A66.
The players were on their way to a Betfred Championship game when the road was closed because of a serious multi-vehicle crash near Great Musgrave.
A coach carrying the Town fans to the game was also held up by the crash.
They have just arrived at Lancaster services and the kick-off has been put back to 4.30pm.
