Two fire crews were called to a house blaze in a West Cumbrian village.
At around 8.20am on Saturday, the alarm was raised at a property on Main Street, Dearham.
One casualty, suffering smoke inhalation, was left in the care of the North West Ambulance Service. Fire crews were in attendance for about 50 minutes.
