Four Cumbrian sides could line up at home in the second qualifying round of the Isuzu FA Vase on September 24.
Both Penrith and Carlisle City have first qualifying round ties to get through but Cleator Moor Celtic and Kendal Town go straight through.
Holker Old Boys also go through automatically to the second qualifying round but they miss out on a home draw.
However the South Cumbrians could have the next best thing, a tie in the county, for they will travel to Carlisle City if the Gillford Park side account for Padiham in their away tie in the first qualifying round.
Penrith have the incentive of two home ties for if they can take care of Horden Community Welfare on August 27 they will be back at Frenchfield to tackle the Keighley side Steeton from the North West Counties League.
In their second qualifying round tie Cleator Moor Celtic will be at home to the winners of Eccleshill United or Willington.
Kendal Town are also automatically in the second qualifying round and they have visitors to Parkside in Washington or Guisborough Town from the North East.
First round winners receive £550 and the losers get £160 while in the second round that goes up to £725 for the winners and £225 to the losers.
