One person was treated for smoke inhalation after a kitchen fire in Barrow.
Two crews were called to Witham Walk at around 8.40pm to put out the fire.
Cumbria Fire and Rescue Service said: “One casualty suffering smoke inhalation was passed to the care of ambulance crews. Fire crews were in attendance for approximately 45 minutes.”
