Firefighters tackled a chip pan blaze in a West Cumbrian house.
Cumbria Fire and Rescue Service was called at around 10am yesterday, Friday October 14 to Shore Terrace, Salterbeck.
Two fire engines from Whitehaven and Workington attended and firefighters spent around 45 minutes putting out the chip pan fire in the kitchen.
