Witnesses are urged to come forward after a woman was assaulted at Barrow’s Hollywood nightclub by a man.
A 31-year-old man has been arrested in connection with the incident, which took place on Sunday October 2 at around 1am, and police are keen to trace anyone who may have seen something at the Cavendish Street venue.
The 27-year-old victim was bruised and had two small cuts to her right eye.
The man has since been released under investigation. Police said they were following new lines of enquiries into the incident.
