A 60-year-old man will appear in court after he was charged with failing to comply with a serious crime prevention order.
Maurice Smith, of no fixed address, was charged with nine breaches of the order and is set to appear at Carlisle Crown Court on January 6.
Cumbria police have not revealed why Smith is subject to the order.
