Three fire crews were called out to a building blaze in north Cumbria
Firefighters from Aspatria, Wigton and Carlisle East fire stations were called to Westward, near Wigton, just after 2pm yesterday, January 19.
A fire service spokesman sand: “The fire was quickly extinguished and the building was vented because of heavy smoke. Please remember to check your smoke alarms regularly.”
