
Three men are set to appear in court next month, charged with fraud, after bank cards were found in a vehicle.
The bank cards – both blank and printed – were found after the vehicle was stopped on the M6 near junction 43 on March 16.
Cristian-Andrei Tapu, 29, of Cressex Road, High Wycombe, has been charged with possession an article for use in fraud. Constantin Crancana, 39, of New Road, High Wycombe has been charged with possession an article for use in fraud and two counts of fraud by false representation and Daniel Istvan, 37, of Friars Vennel, Dumfries, was charged with two counts of possession an article for use in fraud and two counts of fraud by false representation.
They are due to appear at Carlisle Crown Court on April 17.
