Distington Walled Garden will host an artisan fete this weekend.
Organised by Cumberland Council, the event will be held from 10am to 4pm on Saturday, April 15 and feature a number of local businesses.
A spokesman for Cumberland Council said: “We have some fantastic new additions to our fete line-up to keep all the family entertained.
“Visitors can walk an alpaca, feed a pygmy goat, or enjoy refreshments in the garden café.
“There will be a range of stalls selling food for man and dog, jewellery, leather goods, soft furnishings, bath bombs, macrame and candles.
“A storyteller will keep the kids entertained and experts will be on hand to provide information on composting to help residents go greener.
“There really is something for everyone, it’s an event not to be missed.”
The fete is free to attend.
