Three Lake District hotels – run by the same group – have been named as finalists for a prestigious North West award.
Windermere’s Briery Wood, Cragwood and Merewood hotels, run by Lake District Country Hotels, have been shortlisted for the Best Wedding Venue – Cumbria category in the North West Wedding Awards 2023.
Hosted by County Brides, the awards recognise excellence in the wedding industry and is voted on by past couples who have shared their experiences and reviews.
Joe Cobb, hotel group executive manager, said: “We are incredibly proud and honoured to have all three of our country house hotels recognised. This achievement is a testament to the hard work and dedication of our entire team, who strive to create magical moments and unforgettable memories for every couple who chooses to celebrate their love with us.”
The North West Wedding Awards ceremony will take place next month.
