Carlisle United has announced it has struck a deal with Umbro UK that will see the British sports brand becoming the Blue’s technical partners on a multi-year deal.

Starting from the 23/24 season, Umbro will provide Carlisle United with bespoke match kits as well as training, leisurewear and replica merchandise.

Finance director Suzanne Kidd said: “We’re really looking forward to working with Umbro, they’ve been a pleasure to deal with through the early part of the process of getting next season’s first-team kits, training and leisure wear ready for the kit launch towards the end of this month.

“We’re particularly excited about revealing both the home and away kits at our Fixture Release Breakfast on Thursday June 22.

“Following that they’ll be on sale to season ticket holders that evening and on general sale the following morning, and over the weekend, so that we’re all ready for the new League One campaign.

“I’d like to thank everyone at Umbro for the efficient and professional way in which they’ve worked with us, and we’re looking to working closely with them over the coming months.”

Chris Dolan, head of sports marketing for Umbro UK, said: “Following a momentous win at Wembley and a return to League One, it’s a great time for Umbro to be the Blues’ technical kit partner again.

“We’ve worked closely with the club on the 23/24 season product range and look forward to sharing with fans soon.”
