Workington’s Harry McGurk is out of Wednesday night’s British Under-19 Final at Birmingham.
McGurk, who has been struggling for form with the Comets, and Leicester’s Joe Thompson, who has a broken collarbone have been replaced.
Speedway GB announced today that Maguire would not be riding as he was unavailable on Wednesday night.
Leicester’s Max James and Mildenhall’s William Richardson have been promoted into the line-up for the meeting.
It has also meant a dramatic call-up as meeting reserve for Carlisle-based Mark Parker who recently made his debut in the National Development League and was signed by Edinburgh Monarchs Academy.
Eli Meadows, a former Plymouth NDL rider has also been invited to be part of the meeting as a reserve.
Workington will be represented by Sam McGurk, Elliot Kelly, Ace Pijper and Luke Harrison.
