A 34-year-old man has died in a north Cumbrian collision.
Police were called at around 5.35pm yesterday, July 27, to Capon Tree Road in Brampton to the incident, which involved a silver Volkswagen Golf.
As a result of the collision, the driver of the Golf, a 34-year-old local man was pronounced dead at the scene, police said.
The road was closed for several hours while an investigation and recovery were carried out.
Police are appealing for witnesses to come forward.
