Three people have been arrested after a 19-year-old was assaulted in Barrow.
Police are appealing for witnesses to come forward. In the early hours of Tuesday July 25, the man was assaulted by a group of men – first in Park Avenue in Barrow and then at the junction of Cecil Street and Leicester Street in Barrow.
The victim was taken to A&E to be checked over but released the same day.
Officers arrested three men aged 18, 19 and 27 on suspicion of assault ABH. All were released on police bail.
Officers are keen to hear from anyone with information which may assist this investigation.
