Youths who damaged flowers in Barrow town centre planters have been dealt with by police.
Barrow police said: “Two of them have been dealt with by community resolution. This involved the youths writing an apology and paying for the flowers out of their own pocket. Thank you to everyone for their support during this time.”
After the damage was caused at the end of last month, Barrow BID worked with Youthability, GrimeFighters, a PCSO and other members of the community to fix and refill the planters.
