Carlisle City have a home draw in the first round proper of the FA Vase to be played on October 21.
Jim Nichols’ side, who won 1-0 at Newcastle Benfield on Saturday, have been paired with Longridge Town.
The visitors play their football in the North West Counties League Premier Division and back in February 2019 beat City 7-0. Two of the goals were scored by Daniel Wilkinson who is still playing for Longridge.
At the end of that season City were transferred to Division Two of the Northern League where they went on to win the title and promotion.
Because of their performance in the FA Vase last season Longridge had a bye to the first round proper.
They were involved in League action on Saturday and drew 1-1 at home to Cheadle Town. So far they have only won twice in 14 games (with five draws) and currently sit fifth bottom.
Ryton and Crawcrook Albion, who beat Penrith 3-2 on Saturday, have been rewarded with another home draw against Cheadle Town against former Workington Reds midfielder (briefly) Paul Marshall.
Three former Workington players, currently team-mates at Emley, are also looking forward to a home tie against Guisborough Town of the Northern League.
Ruben Jerome scored in Saturday’s 3-1 win at Brigg Town where Iyrwah Gooden started, while Donae Lawrence missed out through injury.
