A Lake District bar and restaurant is on the market for £2.65 million.
Brown Sugar, in Windermere, was purchased by its current owners in 2019 and has been the subject of substantial refurbishment.
Julian Troup, head of UK hotels agency at Colliers, is handling the sale and said the former owners are planning to move into alternative business interests after re-establishing the eatery post-pandemic.
The business space is located on three floors and more than 130 seats for guests are provided, whilst outside there is seating are a further 40 people.
It trades between 9am and 11pm daily, and has a late alcohol licence until 1am at weekends.
Colliers are seeking substantial offers and consideration may also be given to offering a lease on the property and business.
