Come and join in the return of the full multi-sport, Keswick Mountain Festival.
It takes place from May 17 to May 19 and there’s a lot on offer.
Enjoy a wonderfully immersive experience, with an emphasis on outdoor sports, activities, live music, inspirational speakers, and an incredible array of outdoor brands, plus top-notch food and drink stalls.
Thrilling outdoor sports programme
Explore an expanded schedule of sporting events and outdoor activities, including a new adventure race, revised mountain run, two new hikes, a local schools’ duathlon, trail runs from 5k to 50k, open water swims, and cycle sportive routes.

Take part in the Keswick 3 Peaks Challenge, led out by 3 Dads Walking, supporting the suicide prevention charity Papyrus.
Live and unleashed
One invigorating new approach will see a change to the live music experience.
Instead of the single, open-air stage, we will now have two live music stages for you to enjoy – the Big Top, and the Band Stand.
You can enjoy continuous live music from afternoon till dusk, featuring talented local acts.
For the first time, Sunday daytime brings live music to the heart of the food and drink zone at the Band Stand, offering chilled vibes and acoustic sets.
Inspirational speakers
Not only will 3 Dads Walking be leading out the Keswick 3 Peaks Hike, they will also feature in an enhanced, packed programme of speakers which will take place both on Crow Park and in Theatre by the Lake.
In addition to the 3 Dads, the enhanced programme of speakers includes Timmy Mallett, Louise Minchin, Sean Conway, Chrissie Wellington, Mel Nicholls, Nicky Spinks, Allie Bailey, James Forrest, Alastair Humphreys, Cameron McNeish, Alan Hikes, Black Trail Runners, and Jamie Aarons with more additional headline speakers to be added in the coming months.
Loads more to enjoy in the Festival Village

We’re upping the amount of activities on Crow Park – activities that everyone can really enjoy, whether you’re young or old.
Experience an enhanced Festival Village on Crow Park with activities for all ages.
Axe throwing, Space Hopper racing, and birds of prey encounters await.
Explore incredible outdoor and travel brands offering unique activities and showcasing their merchandise.
