Seven West Cumbrians have been included in the England Community Lions train-on squad ahead of a tour to Australia.
The squad announcement named 27 players after a series of training sessions and this will be reduced to 22 in May.
National Conference Premier Division newcomers Egremont Rangers have three with another trio from Wath Brow Hornets, while Kells supply the other Cumbrian.
They are: Leon Crellin, Kieran Glen and Tom Horner (all Egremont); Ellison Holgate, Charlie Tomlinson and Cole Walker-Taylor (all Wath Brow) and Dominic Wear (Kells).
The tour is in October and the squad will be based in Perth where they will play three games and also take part in a nine-a-side tournament.
