The Blues will now meet the winners of holders Workington Reds and the County League’s Maryport Athletic in the final.
It was 7-0 at half-time and didn’t get much better in the second-half for Miners Social as they conceded another six goals.
There were three hat-trick heroes for Carlisle as the players were trying to force their way into manager Paul Simpson’s plans for the weekend.
Alfie McCalmont (8, 36, 50), Dan Butterworth (16, 21, 57) and Sean Maguire ( 18, 32, 52) were the hat-trick men while Finn Back (12, 54), Jeydon Harris (73), and Jack Robinson (90+2).
No date has yet been announced for the second semi-final.
