90-year-old woman conned by doorstep trader

A 90-year-old woman has been conned out of cash by a doorstep trader.

Police are investigating the incident, which took place on March 20 in the Morton area of Carlisle.

A white hatchback car has been used and has been driven by white man in his 60s with salt and pepper hair. 

Police would like to identify anyone who may have information,  relevant CCTV or dashcam footage, or may have seen a similar vehicle or person in the Morton area of Carlisle at this time.
