Police are investigating driving offences in Kendal on Tuesday.
The offences took place between 3.30pm and 4.20pm on Sandes Avenue and Windermere Road.
Police would like to speak to the two people pictured as part of the investigation.
Officers said they were also keen to hear from anyone who may have relevant dashcam or CCTV footage of the incident.
Anyone who recognises the people pictured or has any information regarding the incident is asked to report to police quoting log 150 of 16 April on 101.
