Police have renewed their appeal for information about a missing man from the Carlisle area.
Aaron Hughes, 32, may have travelled to the St Albans area and may be using the rail network.
Police said they were concerned for his welfare and would ask anyone with information on his whereabouts or anyone who has seen Aaron, to contact police on 101.
Officers are also encouraging Aaron to get in touch on the same number if he sees this appeal.
