Two men will appear at court next month following an incident in Carlisle.
Brian Lamb, 60, of Manor Place, and Bernard Broughton, 42, of Howard Place, both Carlisle, have been charged with aggravated burglary, possession of an offensive weapon, assault and criminal damage.
The charges are in connection an incident which occurred in the Petteril Bank area on Tuesday, May 28, in the afternoon.
Both are set to appear at North Cumbria Magistrates’ Court on June 29.
