A Cumbrian man missing since Wednesday has been found, police said.
The 37-year-old was reported missing after he had not been seen or contacted since Wednesday, June 19 at 5.50pm, when he was in the Tebay area.
Police said today, Sunday, June 23, that he had been found safe and well.
Officers thanked everyone who had helped in the search and shared the appeal.
