Emergency services were called to two separate collisions in the Sedbergh area yesterday.
At around 7.10pm yesterday, Tuesday July 16, South Lakes Police said they were called to one incident directly outside Sedbergh Spar shop. The road was closed and an air ambulance was in attendance.
Drivers were asked to avoid the area.
There was also a separate two-vehicle collision on New Bridge, just outside Sedbergh on the A684 to Frostrow.
The road was blocked but was cleared by 7.10pm.
