A Lake District hotel is on the market for the first time in 30 years.
Windermere Boutique Hotel, between Windermere and Bowness, has gone up for sale with a price tag of £2.495 million as its current owners want to concentrate on other interests.
Rated as the best hotel in the area by TripAdvisor, it has eight themed suites.
it is being marketed by Christie & Co, which said: “In recent years, the hotel has been completely redesigned and refurbished from 21 letting rooms with owner’s accommodation to become one of England´s leading contemporary boutique hotels and one of the best hotels of its kind in the Lake District.”
Suites have features including hot tubs, cinema rooms, spa room and steam rooms.
