Crumpets from Morrisons and Hovis are being recalled as they may contain pieces of metal.
The Food Standards Agency has issued the recall and said if people have bought the products, they should not eat them but return them to the store for a full refund, with a receipt of purchase.
The products affected are:
- Morrisons The Best Crumpets with Sourdough – 6 pack, best before August 6 and August 7
- Morrisons Savers Crumpets – 6 pack, best before August 6 and August 7
- Hovis Crumpets – 6 pack, best before August 6 and August 7
