A woman has been found safe and well after police appealed for help to trace her.
Officers said they had reports of a woman potentially in distress in a car yesterday, September 21, in Carlisle, and asked anyone with information to come forward.
This afternoon, they said she had been traced and thanked people for sharing their appeal.
