The Killer is back at Parkside Road, hoping to push Kendal Town to the Northern League First Division play-offs.

Tom Kilifin has gone back to Kendal Town on dual registration from Lancaster City, looking to add to the raft of goals he scored for the Mintcakes in his last spell.

Manager Jimmy Marshall said: “I’m delighted Tom has returned to the club. He’s a fans’ favourite and I’m sure everyone will remember how well he did in his last spell here.

“We are starting to find our feet in this league now and this signing shows even more our intent and ambition that we are committed to pushing up towards the play offs. I’m looking forward to getting him back in the fold.”

Killer last appeared for the Mintcakes in the 22/23 season and finished as the league’s top scorer with 33 goals which saw him move to Bury last season. But he was on the move back to Lancaster for a third spell later on.

He will be in contention for a place in the Kendal side who face Shildon on Saturday at Parkside Road.
