
A Lake District wedding venue has been recognised as one of the top locations for couples to say ‘I do’ in the county, after being shortlisted in the County Brides North West Wedding Awards.
Broadoaks Country House Hotel in Windermere has been nominated in the awards, which recognise wedding suppliers across the region who go the extra mile and deliver outstanding experiences.
A Victorian manor house originally built in 1836, Broadoaks Country House has hosted weddings for over 15 years.
Sian Parry, venue manager, said: “The Broadoaks Country House team work incredibly hard.
“We are delighted that our beautiful venue and the dedication of our team have been recognised by the prestigious County Brides North West Wedding Awards and feel this certainly affirms our position as one of Cumbria’s locations of choice to tie the knot.
Winners will be announced in the spring.
