Football teams across Cumbria paid tribute to Jay Cartmell at the weekend.
The eight-year-old, a member of the Whitehaven Miners FC club, died following an incident at a farm in Warcop last month.
Clubs across the county held a minute’s applause for Jay.
The President’s Cup dominated the programme in the West Cumberland Sunday League with eight first round ties.
All three top sides in the Premier Division made progress as they got through with plenty in hand.
Dearham Commercial were the biggest winners, 6-1 at Royal Oak after building on a 3-0 lead at half-time.
Callum Foy led the way with a hat-trick and he was joined on the score-sheet by Lewis Manchester, Matthew Oglanby and Jack Basnett. James McDonald replied for the Oak.

Deer Orchard were 5-1 winners at home to Bluebell and their goals came from Jayden Fulton (2), Luke Graham, Robbie Furness and Mike Graham. Greg Quayle was the Bluebell scorer.
Northside also got through 5-1 at King’s Arms with goals from Kyle Graham (2), Tyler Harrel, Harry Watson and Logan Bosward. Jordan Baird replied for the home side.
Thornhill hit seven against Senhouse Street, conceding three in return. Darren Donald and Jack Rose scored a brace apiece with the others coming from Andrew Begbie, Lewis Selkirk and Owen Bell. The Senhouse goals were scored by Gary O’Driscoll, Brian Straughton and Ryan Moore.
Lowca Pirates seem to be finding their form and they got through with a 5-1 win against Moresby Rangers.
Travis Fyfe led the way with a hat-trick while Owen Woodburn and Harley Cueto also chipped in. Taylor Richardson responded for Moresby who had only trailed 2-1 at the break.

In the battle of the Suns it finished 4-2 in favour of The Sun (Hensingham) against Sun Inn (Aspatria), who had led 2-0 at half-time.
Goals from Brandon O’Fee (2), Joe Dobinson and Owen Fearon turned it round for the home side after Daniel Graham and Grant Baker had given Athletic their interval lead.
But their second team Sun Inn Athletic showed how it should be done with a 3-2 home win over Swan. Brad Williamson (2) and Luke Day did the business for Athletic with David Miller and Jay Dempsey on target for Swan.
There was a good battle, too, between Whitehaven AFC Development and visitors Salterbeck before the Workington side finished on top 5-3.
Leon Wharrier (2), John O’Leary, Charlie Shaw and Brad Newell netted for Salterbeck while Jay Connor, Alex Kitchen and Elijah Lee were on the mark for Whitehaven.
There was one game in Division One in which Zebras just edged out Borough Miners 1-0 through a goal by Dylan Turner.
