Whitehaven Rugby League have announced their first re-signing ahead of the 2025 season back in League One.
Connor Holliday, 29, will enter his 11th season with the club and has his sights set on reaching the landmark figure of 200 appearances for Whitehaven.
The second rower had an injury disrupted campaign in 2024 making just seven appearances and scoring the one try, in his final appearance in the clash versus Bradford at The Ortus Rec on June 16.
Holliday has represented the club 176 times, amassing 263 points through 35 tries, 61 goals and 1 drop goal since his debut on the wing in the opening game of the 2015 Championship season in a 16-44 defeat to Halifax.
After signing on the dotted line Holliday said: “I’m really excited, it’s gone full circle for me I’ve gone from being a kid to one of the oldest in the dressing rooms but it’s something I’m going to thrive on.”
