A woman made abusive comments to a person in a Barrow park over the weekend.
The comments were believed to have been motivated by the victim’s ethnicity.
It happened at around 8.30am on Sunday March 2 in Urban Park, Duke Street.
The woman is described as white, aged between 30 and 40. She is around 5ft 8in, and is often in the park wearing a hat and a purple coat. She had a black and brown dog with her.
Police are seeking witnesses to the incident, or anyone who may be able to identify the suspect, who is believed to be local and frequent the park.
