Healthwatch’s Community Forum will be held this week and people are invited to take part to discuss plans for mental health services in West Cumbria.

The event will take place tomorrow, Wednesday March 12.

Representatives of Cumbria, North Tyne and Wear NHS Foundation Trust, which is responsible for mental health, will discuss their plans for the area’s services.

This will be an opportunity for local communities to share their views on this and the wider North East and north Cumbria footprint.

The forum runs from 10.30am to noon at The Beacon Portal in Whitehaven, or join online by emailing [email protected] for the link.

People are asked to arrive for 10.15am if attending in person.
