A major road was closed north of Carlisle following a collision.
The A7 at Harker was closed in both directions while emergency services dealt with the incident, which involved one vehicle.
Police said the road was closed between Arthuret Road at Longtown and M6 J44.
Cumbria police said they were called at around 4.50pm yesterday, Tuesday June 10.
Drivers were asked to seek alternative routes.
