Hundreds of properties across Cumbria were without power yesterday.
Electricity North West reported that addresses were without electricity in Wigton, Crosscanonby, Workington, Crosthwaite & Lyth, Stanwix & Houghton in Carlisle, Matterdale, Haverthwaite, Whitehaven, Rockcliffe, near Carlisle and Ulverston yesterday, Saturday June 14.
The majority of properties had their power restored yesterday afternoon.
Coulton in the South Lakes still has four properties affected, postcode LA12 8HN. Electricity North West said the team was on site to rectify the issue but the estimated time of restoration was under review.
