A man has been arrested after an incident in Penrith town centre.
Eden Police said officers were aware of the incident, which involved a man pushing another man.
It added it was investigating the incident and a man has been arrested on suspicion of common assault.
Eden Police added: “We are aware of the video circulating on social media. We have secured the video as evidence to use in the investigation.”
