A new sofa showroom has opened in Carlisle.
Sofology was officially opened on the city’s Madford Retail Park by mayor Jeanette Whalen.
It is the firm’s 58th showroom and employs 12 people.
It is spread over two floors and is one of the retailer’s largest stores.
Coun Whalen said: “It is my pleasure to welcome Sofology to Carlisle. A welcome addition to the business community.”
Architect andTV presenter George Clarke will visit the new Carlisle showroom on Thursday September 18 from 4pm to meet customers.
