
Police raided a property in a West Cumbrian town in the early hours of today and found a cannabis farm.
Officers said they had received a report of suspicious activity in the area of South Street in Egremont.
During enquiries, officers found the cannabis farm at a property at around 5.35am.
A Cumbria police spokesman said: “Officers have dismantled and seized the plants and equipment and investigations are ongoing.”
