A former entertainment centre in Carlisle has been sold for £400,000.
The three-storey building on Hillcrest Avenue was formerly home to laser quest, glow-in-the-dark mini golf and escape rooms.
It was the headquarters for entertainment company Total Enigma and renewable energy business Total Power.
The building, a mile from the city centre, went under the hammer at an online auction on Wednesday by Pugh, part of Eddisons.
The building underwent a £500,000 refurbishment in 2020, which included extensive modernisation to operate as an entertainment venue with the remainder of the accommodation remaining as offices.

It also saw in the creation of leisure attractions such as laser quest, a CSI-themed escape room, and a glow-in-the-dark mini golf course installed in 2021.
Work had also begun on a new paintball arena.
The building also has a large function room, self-contained flat and 36-space gated car park.
It was offered for sale with a guide price of £300,000 to £400,000.
