A man was arrested after an assault outside a north Cumbrian pub.
The incident happened outside The Lion & The Lamb on High Street in Wigton, at around 1.20am last Sunday, September 28.
A man was reported to have been punched, suffering facial injuries. The victim was taken to hospital but released the same morning.
A 20-year-old man was arrested and has since been released on police bail.
Police are encouraging anyone who saw what happened to come forward.
