Barrow police have issued a statement following posts on social media about men seen in a Barrow school playground.
Officers said they received a third-hand report yesterday, October 6, about an incident which happened on September 16 at St Columba’s primary school on Church Lane.
Barrow police said: “It is reported two males were seen in a school playground on Church Lane, Barrow before leaving.
“The males did not approach anyone or attempt to gain entry. No offences were identified.
“Advice was given to the school and we have received no further reports.”
