Firefighters have tackled a blaze at a Cumbrian garden centre, which is being investigated as arson.
Larch Cottage Nurseries, in Melkinthorpe, near Penrith, said the fire gutted the original potting shed where the business started.
The fire happened at around 3.05am on Wednesday.
It did not happen in a public area, so the business is open as usual.

Larch Cottage Nurseries said: “Thankfully no one was hurt, but such a sad way to conclude our 40th year.
“We would like to thank the fire brigade and especially our neighbours for their swift action.”
Cumbria Fire and Rescue Service said: “Fire engines from Lazonby and Penrith fire stations attended and firefighters used breathing apparatus and hose reel jets to extinguish the fire.
“Crews were in attendance for about an hour and 45 minutes.”
Cumbria police confirmed officers were investigating the fire as an arson and enquiries were ongoing.
